Betiana Romagnoli graduated as public accountant from Universidad Nacional del Litoral in 2001 and in 2010 she obtained her LLM in Tax Law from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
From 2006 to 2001 she worked at the Tax Department of Marval, O´Farrell & Mairal. Previously, between 2004 and 2006 she worked at the International Tax Department and the Tax & Legal Department of KPMG Argentina.
Betiana has advised prestigious companies, banks and trusts. She is an expert in tax planning, in structures for international and national transactions, including M&A, real estate, agro-business, and acquisition due diligences.
Betiana is a member of the Board of Accountants of the City of Buenos Aires (Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Económicas de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires) and of the Argentine Fiscal Association (Asociación Argentina de Estudio Fiscales).
